Unfinished building near Gorky Park will host centre of next-gen studies

Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Moscow — Moskomarkhitektura —approved the development design of an unfinished object and attached area near the National University of Science and Technology at the Leninsky Avenue. It will host the International Centre of Next-Gen Studies. It was announced by Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

The total area will be ~20k m2. The building will be of variable flooring – from 1 to 13 floors.

The building is planned to have exhibition halls, conference centers, cafes, lection auditoriums, science labs, co-working spaces, a media center and many other things.

The design includes convenient walking areas around the building.
